1. Cancellation Requests:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Jetsetr and are subject to the
following terms and conditions.
2. Refund Eligibility:
- More than 60 days before departure: Refund as per each service of the package cost will be
issued, subject to the individual refund policies of each supplier.
- 30-60 days before departure: Refund as per each service of the package cost will be issued,
subject to the individual refund policies of each supplier.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be available.
3. **Unused Portions**: No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the holiday
package.
4. Jetsetr's Right to Cancel:
- Jetsetr reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or
events beyond our control.
- In such cases, a full refund of the total package cost will be provided to the traveler.
5. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 to 45 business days from the date
of cancellation approval and subject to refunds received from each service provider.
6. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for
the original booking unless otherwise agreed upon by Jetsetr and the traveler.
7. Partial Refunds: No partial refunds will be provided for any portion of the holiday
package that is cancelled or unused by the traveler.
8. Communication: Jetsetr will communicate any changes or updates to the cancellation
and refund policy to the traveler in a timely manner.
9. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances at the
discretion of Jetsetr management.
10. Acceptance: By making a booking with Jetsetr, the traveler acknowledges that they have
read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
